Coordinator - Oversees the other positions, runs the steering meetings, coordinates speakers
Hospitality- Comes up with table design, plans Mom's time out, takes care of table gifts
Care- Takes care of birthdays, new editions to families (adoptions, fostering, pregnancy)
Finance- Manages the budget and the bank account
Registrar- Keeps track of members, inputs info into MOPS international, collects tuition, plans registration event
Bazaar- Oversees bazaar (with help of steering) gets vendors, etc.
Publicity- Updates facebook, sends emails, creates newsletter
Moppets Coordinator- Finds childcare volunteers, oversees children’s program. This is a paid position.
Discussion Group Leader- Puts moms in table groups, sends out monthly emails to discussion group leaders reminding them of brunch month, monthly activities.
